Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between iGaming Infrastructure ("Provider", "we", "us") and any entity or person ("Client", "you") accessing our B2B software, Game Aggregation API, and Traffic Management solutions.

By integrating our API or utilizing our traffic resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Licensing

The Services are provided exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) use. The Client represents and warrants that:

• They hold a valid gaming license in their operating jurisdiction (where applicable).
• They comply with all local Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• They are not located in any prohibited jurisdictions under international sanctions.

3. API Usage and Intellectual Property

Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our API. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the infrastructure.
• Use the API to conduct any fraudulent activities or system-straining "stress tests" without prior written consent.
• Bypass any security measures or rate limits implemented by the Provider.

4. Liability and Indemnification

The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue (GGR) due to technical downtime or game provider malfunctions. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the API and traffic systems immediately and without notice if we suspect any breach of security, violation of local laws, or failure to meet financial obligations.
